The hotel's location is great, away from the busy city and ensuring peace and quiet. the rooms are spacious, clean and offer a great view. the bathroom facilities work well, with good hot water pressure. the staff at the front desk and security are friendly and helpful, adding to a pleasant stay.
The restaurant could be improved, as the breakfast choices were limited and not of the best quality.

My xmas stay was made special by the beautiful lake view. The hotel location was perfect too - just a short walk to the local shops and restaurants. In-room amenities were top notch, including the complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels. The hotel staff was friendly and eager to help with all my needs.
The breakfast buffet was underwhelming, with not much variety and cold food. The wi-fi connection was also very poor, which made it hard to stay connected with family and friends during the holidays.

the room was spacious and comfortable, and the water pressure in the bathroom was impressive. the hotel's location was ideal for me as it was near key attractions and entertainment spots. One of the most notable things I liked about the hotel was the friendly staff, who were always ready to assist and guide me.
There were some aspects that the hotel could have improved on. Although breakfast was served until a late hour, some of the dishes were not restocked in time, even when the staff members were notified.

We had a pleasant stay overall. Room was spacious, clean and had good amenities. Staff were friendly, accommodating and efficient. We enjoyed the coffee and cakes at the on-site café and appreciated the smooth check-in/check-out process.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Loy's Café served awesome coffee and cakes. The service was perfect. The room had amenities like a kettle, hair dryer, and mini fridge.
